RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Registration for Faith Formation classes will begin after mass on Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19. Tables will be set up outside of the Church after the weekend masses. Registration cost is $40 for the first child, $60 total for two children, and $80 total for three or more. The deadline to register for classes is September 1. Grades include Kindergarten through 5th grade and the two-year Confirmation program will consist of 10th and 11th grade. Classes will begin on Sunday, September 9 from 10:15-11: 10 am.
EDGE and LIFE TEEN
Faith, Fun, and Fellowship! Edge will take place this year on Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. and will consist of grades six through eight. Meetings will begin on Wednesday, August 29. Life Teen will now take place on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:45 pm. It will be comprised of grades nine through twelve. Meetings will begin on Wednesday, August 29. Registration is required for both Edge and Life Teen. Please remember to keep our beloved youth in your prayers.
Catechists Needed!
The Religious Education program is in need of volunteers to teach as assistant Catechists for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. Also, substitute teachers for Elementary and Confirmation Religious Education are needed. Substitutes would be called upon only during those times when a Religious Education Catechist cannot attend a class. Substitutes must be a practicing Catholic in good standing who will abide by the teachings of the Catholic Church.
