Grief Share

Grief-Share is a Thirteen Week program used by numerous parishes nationwide. It consists of 13 sessions with an interactive workbook and videos that are led by various experts in the fields of psychology and ministry along with those who have gone through the bereavement process.

Grief Share keys in on the various realities one may face and provides coping tools that help with emotional and practical realities with use of practical analogies to assist participants who may be grieving. 

There are tools that assist those who may be living alone or may have moved in with other family members. These tools are of immediate use. This program also addresses concerns such as regret, the sense of loneliness, guilt, anger, the various traumas associated with the loss of a loved one.
 

Our Sessions are on Tuesday's 
at 10 AM in the Holy Family Center.
